Dior Backstage Face & Body Foundation

This foundation has quickly become a cult product. Not only because of it's color range and undertone variations, but also because it's really good. You can go from a light /medium coverage, depending on chosen application type to a full coverage. Though keep in mind, even though the foundation feels very fluid, it's more on the matte side when it dries down, so if you're dry or combination skin type, you should use more of a moisturizing, glowy primer underneath the foundation. I like that this foundation hides those little imperfections, evens out the skin tone, but doing so, it still let's your skin look like skin. Also, the bottle is super pinteresty!
Available in 7 undertones - neutral, warm, cool, cool rosy, warm peach, olive & warm olive. Total 40 shades.

Šis tonālais krēms ātri ir kļuvis par kulta produktu. Ne tikai tādēļ, ka ir pieejami daudz toņi un apakštoņu variācijas, bet arī tādēļ, ka tas patiesi ir ļoti labs. Ar to Tu vari iegūt gan vieglu/vidēju sedzamību, atkarībā no izvēlētā uzklāšanas veida, gan pilnu sedzamību. Tikai brīdinu, lai gan šis tonālais pēc konsistences ir viegls, kad tas nožūst, tas vairāk ir matēts nekā satīna/spīdīgs. Tādēļ, ja esi sausas vai kombinētas ādas īpašniece, Tev apakšā noteikti būtu jāuzklāj mitrinoša, mirdzoša bāze. Dior Backstage Contour Palette

When in a collection there are breathtaking highlighting palettes, the contour palette somehow gets forgotten, because everyone is always buzzing about the glow, but a contour palette is still an essential palette in everyone's makeup collection. Personally, I think that contouring trend has finally calmed down. It's there, but it's a lot softer and natural, than it was a year or so ago. In this palette there are two matte shades and two with a light shimmer in them. As this is more of a natural contour kind of palette, for the purpose of the photos, I had to build up the contour quite a bit. The shades are not mega pigmented, but are buildable, so if you want a very intense contour it's possible. Though I prefer how a more natural contour looks like using this palette.
For me, this is as much of an eye shadow palette as contour palette, because these are beautiful shades. I actually love to use the contour shade in my crease to create a very smooth natural look and tie it all together.

Kad kolekcijā ir fantastiskas izgaismošanas paletes, kontūrēšanas palete kaut kā tiek aizmirsta, jo visi runā tikai par un ap to burvīgo spīdumu, bet neskatoties uz to, kontūrēšanas palete joprojām ir svarīga palete katras sievietes kosmētikas kolekcijā. Man personīgi, šķiet, ka kontūrēšanas mānija ir beidzot norimusi. Tā joprojām ir, bet tā ir kļuvusi daudz maigāka un dabiskāka, ja salīdzina kā bija pirms gada vai diviem. Šajā paletē ir divi matēti toņi un divi ar vieglu spīdumu. Tā kā šī ir vairāk dabiskas kontūras tipa palete, man vajadzēja diezgan daudz klāt virsū, lai bildēs kontūra būtu redzama. Toņi nav ļoti pigmentēti, bet tos klājot pa kārtām un pludinot var iegūt intensīvāku rezultātu. Bet es tomēr dodu priekšroku dabiskākai kontūrai, izmantojot šo paleti.
Man personīgi, šī ir tik pat ļoti acu ēnu palete cik kontūrēšanas palete, jo šie toņi ir skaisti. Starp citu, man patīk izmantot kontūrēšanas toni, acs locījuma līnijā, tādejādi izveidojot dabisku un apvienotu koptēlu, jo ļoti labi izskatās, kad viens tonis dublējas - gan uz sejas, gan acīm. 

Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette in Universal

The first time when I went to see this collection in real life at the Dior Backstage event, I was hundred percent certain that the eye palette will steal my heart. And then I swatched this bad boy. Oh my god. It is soooo gorgeous!!! Not only is it visually stunning - it took me a while to get my brush in there because I didn't want to ruin the imprinted Dior logos on the pans - but also the swatches are unreal. It gives you that glowy, wet skin effect. Using this highlighter you can create a very settle, glowy skin, but you can also make it in-your-face glowy skin that people will notice across the street.

Pirmo reizi, kad devos aplūkot šo kolekciju dzīvē Dior Backstage pasākumā, es biju simts procenti pārliecināta, ka acu ēnu palete būs tā, kas nolaupīs manu sirdi. Un tad es uz rokas pamēģināju šo paleti. Ak man dieniņ. Tā ir tik skaista!!!! Tā ir ne tikai vizuāli burvīga - man vajadzēja pāris dienas, lai saņemtos tai pieskarties ar otu, jo man ļoti negribējās izbojāt iespiestos Dior logo - bet uz ādas tā ir vēl skaistāka. Uzklājot šo izgaismotāju uz ādas, Tu iegūsti to veselīgo, mitras ādas efektu, kas šobrīd ir tik populārs. Dior Backstage Lip Palette in Universal Neutrals

It's hard to talk about these products, not mentioning the beautiful packaging and imprints. But let's be real - THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL lip palette that is out there! In this palette there are nine, beautifully selected shades in three finishes - glossy, satin and matte. The shades are buildable and you can easily mix them up to get your own custom perfect lighter or deeper nude lip. I think this is a great palette to have in a makeup artists kit or to someone who love's their nudes and doesn't want ten separate lipsticks.

Dior Backstage Eye Palette in Amber Neutrals

After trying hundreds of eye shadow palettes in my life, I have to say this one is a makeup artists dream. The way how effortlessly and smoothly these shades blend out and together, gives me joy to apply them. You can create bolder looks using the darker shades of the palette, but I still think that this is not the ''instagram makeup'' type of palette. This is the ''real human'', ''model runway'', ''what is that beautiful nude shade on your eyes'' kind of palette, because it looks hundred times better in real life. The camera can't quite capture how good it looks. I remember the first time I tried it, I had an a-h-a moment - ''So this is how luxury eye shadows work'' thought in my mind. You have to try it to see it for yourself. 
In this palette you will find eight eye shadows - matte & shimmer - and an eye primer. It's possible that you will run out of the primer first, if you'll use it every single time, as it's not a lot in the pan. Also they seem quite fragile, so you should be extra careful, not to keep them close the side of the table, so they don't fall down on the floor. With this palette you can easily go from day to night - as you can see in the photos below.
Besides this palette, there are two other available - Cool Neutrals & Warm Neutrals. A couple of days ago, at Paris Fashion Week the 4th palette was launched - Universal Neutrals.

Pēc neskaitāmu acu ēnu palešu izmēģināšanas, manuprāt, esmu izmēģinājusi nu jau vairāk nekā simts paletes savā dzīvē, man jāsaka, ka šī palete ir vizāžista sapnis. Kamera īsti nespēj noķert to maģiju, to cik labi tā izskatās uz acu plakstiņiem. Es atceros pirmo reizi, kad to izmantoju, man bija a-h-a mirklis - ''Ak tad šādi strādā luksusa klases acu ēnas'' doma galvā. Tev tā ir jāpamēģina, lai saprastu par ko es runāju. 
Šajā acu ēnu paletē Tu atradīsi astoņus toņus - matētus & spīdīgus - un acu ēnu bāzi. Ļoti iespējams, ka ja lietosi acu ēnu bāzi katru reizi, kad lietosi šo paleti, tā ātri beigsies, jo salīdzinoši patēriņam tās ir ļoti maz. Kā arī, pēc sajūtas ēnas šķiet diezgan trauslas, tādēļ drošības labad, paleti labāk neturēt galda malas tuvumā, lai tā netīšām nenokrīt. Ar šo paleti bez problēmām var izveidot gan dienas, gan vakara makeup - kā piemēram, bildēs zemāk.
