Those who follow me on twitter and instagram know that I FINALLY attended Positivus festival a litle more than  a week ago. An event that has been on my wishlist/to-do/to-go, basically every list I have.
And boy, it was fun!
Starting this year, I had made a list of things I wanted to do and events I wanted to attend. Positivus, as every year, was on that list. Until June I was quite sure that I was going to go, but then my health decided to challenge me and give my credit card a proper workout. So because of that, even couple days before the festival I still didn't know if I'd be able to go. But, thanks to a friend of mine, I got hooked up with a job there. Though it was more work than play for me, I had a great time.
Because we only had one free day, we got to see only couple of shows like NONONO, Bastille and of course The 1975, that most definitely was the highlight of the whole festival! My sister, was the one who discovered them way before their singles started to play on the local radio stations, and obviously with her listening to them 24/7 (don't deny it Liva!) I kind of, sort of, fell for their music as well. So when we heard that they will play at Positivus, we knew we had to see them. I had seen a couple of their live shows on youtube, but I have to say that, vocally, this was the best of all I've seen.
Besides the shows, the festival is located in such a relaxing and idyllic place and there are so many activities to take a part of, also so many quirky shops where to find great pieces or even just get some inspiration, because everyone is trying to do and show themselves in a different setting, look. Not to mention the hilariously & edgy dressed, positive and open people, that come to this festival from all around Europe.
